Every Halloween Season all the spooks and haunts of this historic town gather in the 100 year old Koontz Building. Dark and holey, creaking and gloomy this building is spooky all year round, but during Halloween, it is fearsome. Screams and moans echo down Echo’s Main Street. |
| Organizers hope that they can control these uneasy spirits, but they make no guarantees. It's definitely a case of entering at your own risk. A committee of the Echo Boosters has been organizing this event each Halloween in this vacant, but historic building next to the Echo Hotel Restaurant/Flying Buffalo Saloon |
