Water

• 0–5,000 gallons: $42.85 (minimum charge)

• Over 5,000 gallons: $1.50 per 1,000 gallons

Sewer

• Residential sewer: $60.00 per month

Garbage

• 35-gallon cart: $17.05 / month

• 90-gallon cart: $28.16 / month

Late Fee

• $15.00 per month if not paid by the 20th

Reconnect Fees

• During crew work hours (9am–3pm): $50

• After hours/holidays: $100

 Deposits / Account Status

• Property Owner: $75

• New Customer / Renter: $150

• Returning in Good Standing: $75

• Returning in Poor Standing: $200 (includes $30 non-refundable portion)
